CANCELLATION POLICY
– In case of cancellation, please inform us 48 hours before the day of
your arrival, to avoid a charge of one night on the card provided or on the company’s account.
– In the case of no-show or early departure not notified to reception within the established period of 48 hours, the Hotel may charge the total amount of the reservation to the credit card provided.
– Group reservations (4 or more rooms) or individual reservations of more than 5 nights of stay or on different days or weeks, must be guaranteed with a deposit of 50% of the total reservation.
Cancellation of group reservations must be communicated a maximum of 20 days before the day of arrival, to avoid losing the deposit.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
– Check-in: 3:00 p.m. / Check-out: 12:00 p.m.
– The reception door closes at 10:30pm from Monday to Thursday and Saturday. On Fridays it closes at 8:30pm.
– Please let us know if you need to check in to the hotel after 10pm, so we can provide you with the access code.
– Restaurant service: Dinner from Monday to Thursday, and Saturdays. (There is no service at noon, nor on Friday nights and public holidays)
– Current city tax: €0.66 per person per night.
